Depending on how you use ChartSearcher, we may process your email address, encrypted password, Apple user identifier, subscription status, IP address, browser or device information, local device ID for limits and abuse prevention, search usage logs, selected patterns/timeframes/markets, setup feedback, shared setup payloads, Telegram chat ID for alerts, support messages and technical server logs.
If you use Sign in with Apple, we receive the Apple user identifier and, depending on your Apple settings, your email address. In-app purchases and subscriptions inside the iOS app are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your credit card or bank account details. We store only the information needed to provide and verify your subscription access.
Purchases made on chartsearcher.com are processed by Digistore24 as reseller/payment provider. We may receive the information required to activate, manage or revoke PRO access, such as email address, order ID, product status and payment event.
We process data to provide accounts, authentication, subscriptions, search limits, ready setups, setup cards, share links, Telegram alerts, customer support, security, fraud prevention, service improvement and legal compliance. The legal bases may include contract performance, legitimate interests, consent and legal obligations under the GDPR.
When you create a shared setup link, the setup card data required to display that card is stored. Anyone with the link may view it. If you submit "Useful" or "Not useful" feedback, we store that vote with technical setup metadata to improve ranking quality.
ChartSearcher may use cookies and local storage for login, language, cookie preference, subscription/session state and fair usage limits. Non-essential analytics or third-party cookies should only be used where permitted and, where required, after consent.
We may use infrastructure, email, Apple, Digistore24, Telegram and embedded services to operate ChartSearcher. These providers may process data as independent controllers or processors depending on the service.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for account operation, subscription handling, security, fraud prevention, legal obligations and product improvement. You may request account or data deletion at info@chartsearcher.com.
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority.
