These Terms apply to the ChartSearcher iOS app and website operated by KL-Software Walter Klinger.
ChartSearcher helps users search for chart pattern similarities, ready setups, educational setup cards, share links and optional Telegram alerts. Results may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate.
Important: ChartSearcher is provided for educational and informational purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice. Pattern matches, ready setups, action scores, entry zones, stop levels, targets, risk/reward values, alerts and shared links are not recommendations to buy, sell or hold any instrument. Trading cryptocurrencies, forex and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss.
iOS app: In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled according to Apple's subscription rules. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.
Website: Website purchases are processed by Digistore24 as reseller/payment provider. Website refunds and cancellations are handled according to Digistore24 terms and applicable law.
Free accounts may have limited searches, ready setups, alerts or other feature limits. PRO access may unlock higher limits or additional features. We may use reasonable technical measures to prevent abuse and bypassing of limits.
If you create or share a setup link, anyone with that link may view the saved setup card. Do not share links if you do not want the setup content to be accessible to others.
You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, scrape or overload the service, attack our infrastructure, share access credentials, or use ChartSearcher for unlawful purposes.
For the iOS app, the standard Apple End User License Agreement applies in addition to these Terms: Apple Standard EULA.
We may update, limit, suspend or discontinue features where necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance or product improvement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights.
